You will coordinate multiple technical teams, manage dependencies across systems, and ensure delivery aligns with program timelines and governance standards. You will work closely with aBusiness Lead, who will oversee strategy, operational design, and colleague-side processes, while you focus on ensuring thetechnical foundations and system readinessare successfully delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadTechnology & Operations deliveryacross multiple systems and integrations supporting digital channel improvements. Translatebusiness requirements into structured technical delivery plans, ensuring clear alignment with architecture and integration needs. Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to ensure successfulend-to-end technology delivery. Manageproject governance, including RAID management, delivery tracking, progress reporting, and risk mitigation. Overseeenvironment preparation, integration activities, testing cycles, and technical readinessfor deployment. Ensure alltechnology dependencies and integration pointsare identified, tracked, and delivered according to plan. Collaborate closely with theBusiness Leadto ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and operational impacts. Facilitate communication betweentechnology teams, business stakeholders, and delivery partners. Support release planning and ensure that all systems aredeployment-ready.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience deliveringtechnology-focused projects in complex environments. Strong understanding ofsystem integrations, testing strategies, and technical readiness processes. Experience coordinating multiple teams acrosstechnology, operations, and business functions. Solid experience withproject governance frameworks, including RAID management and delivery reporting. Ability to translatebusiness requirements into technical delivery plans. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across senior business and technology teams.
