Job purpose

As a Transformation Business Analyst, your main objective is to identify business needs, analyze processes, and support the design and implementation of digital, data & AI transformation initiatives. You act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.


Main missions

* Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed business requirements. Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
* Solution Design & Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design process improvements, system enhancements, and new solutions.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors; and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support Change Management & Adoption: Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
* Project Support & Delivery: Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and tracking; and support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor project outcomes; Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.


Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in transformation or change initiatives.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with process modeling, requirements management tools, and project management methodologies.
* Knowledge of change management principles and techniques.
* Business acumen and customer oriented.
* Autonomy, curiosity, and innovation capability.
* English — fluent in speaking and writing — mandatory.
* Work experience in an international environment is a plus.
* Strong interest for AI technologies and ability to stay updated with new technologies.
