We’re seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead our security and automation strategy, strengthen our cloud infrastructure, and support deployments for enterprise clients. You’ll collaborate with a high-level technical team in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and improve DevSecOps practices and security automation.
- Mentor engineers on secure development and cybersecurity best practices.
- Implement tools and processes that enhance software delivery and security.
- Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot security and infrastructure solutions.
- Contribute to internal platform design and cross-team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in DevSecOps.
- Strong AWS/Azure network and security expertise.
- Experience with SAST, DAST, SIEM, SSO, penetration testing, incident response.
- Knowledge of cryptographic controls and key management.
- Experience with Terraform and standard DevOps tools/practices.
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Cloud/security certifications (AWS, Azure, CCNA/CCNP) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kubernetes (Helm, ArgoCD, EKS), CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
- Multi-cloud or hybrid environment experience.
- Knowledge of service meshes (Istio), PostgreSQL, SaaS deployments, and release management.
- Experience supporting ML/analytics infrastructure is a bonus.
