And yes – great coffee and unlimited drinks included.Analyze and document business requirements, user needs and technical constraints for complex digital platforms and applications.Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria for development teams.Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to align business and technical perspectives.Support agile teams by refining backlogs, clarifying requirements and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure traceability of requirements from initial concept through development, testing and delivery.Several years of experience working as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst or Product Analyst in digital or software projects.Strong experience translating business needs into structured functional and technical requirements.Experience working in agile product or development teams.Experience with digital platforms, web applications or enterprise systems.Very good English skills. German/ Spanish is a plus.
