This role combines team leadership, business development, and recruitment activities. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the German tech ecosystem while leading and developing a team of consultants. We are open to candidates coming from 360 recruitment or B2 B sales environments, as long as they bring strong commercial skills and experience managing a team.
