Devolutions is seeking a talented German‑speaking customer support technician to expand our customer support service in Europe. The technician plays an essential role in first‑level assistance for our products, ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are passionate about technology, have excellent communication skills and are customer‑service oriented, this is the job for you.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide first‑level technical support by e‑mail, chat or remote session in response to customer inquiries about our products.
* Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues following established procedures and using internal and external resources.
* Collaborate with the sales team by providing pre‑sales technical support to help demonstrate the value of our products to potential customers.
* Collaborate with the quality assurance team and development team to report problems and bugs encountered by customers.
* May be required to be involved in a call/standby system.
Required Abilities
* Perfect German and English speaking and writing.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to explain business and technical concepts with ease.
* Self‑confidence, sociability and customer‑service skills.
* Ability to multi‑task and complete work despite numerous interruptions.
Qualifications Required
* Technical qualification in IT support or equivalent experience.
* 0 to 2 years of experience in technical support.
Remote work until Spring 2026; after which on‑site presence at our Málaga office will be required three days per week.
