We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our 56m private/charter boat for a busy summer season ahead. As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for catering for the 15 crew onboard, budgeting, and provisioning. You will be required to support the rotational Head Chefs as needed during busy guest trips.

* Package: Euros 4,500 pcm, 60 paid days leave
Experience and attributes required:
* 4-5 years’ experience as a chef, ideally in high-end fine-dining hotels/restaurants
* Solid foundation in Pastry and Baking/Bread
* Experience on yachts is not essential but beneficial
* We are looking for past longevity and willingness for a long-term commitment onboard
* Positive Attitude, Team player, sociable, hard worker
* Driving license is essential
* A ships cook certificate is preferable though not mandated with the right experience and attitude
* ENG1 / STCW / Level 2/3 Food Hygiene / PDSD must be in hand
