As a VendorFlex Analytics Specialist, you will support operations by monitoring and improving Customer Experience metrics for Vendor Flex sites across the EU. You should be able to prioritize tasks, communicate clearly, and have a proven track record of delivery. You will partner with other teams to provide insights, support, and suggested actions to the Operations teams and stakeholders. Your responsibilities include creating value-added reports on Transportation, Inventory Quality, Concessions, and other CX KPIs at the EU level, and monitoring CX issues impacting the network.
A key to influencing stakeholders is the ability to solve complex, technical problems with simple, innovative, and practical solutions.
Key job responsibilities
1. Business analysis and collaboration with Amazon's Supply Chain, Transportation, and Operations leaders to develop new standard operating procedures.
2. Leverage support team ideas to source and foster creative improvement plans for Flow Analytics.
3. Ensure best practices are shared and standardized across all sites.
4. Become a Subject Matter Expert on Operations, Transportation, and Customer Experience.
5. Monitor the performance of sites related to Flow Analytics and take corrective actions to optimize productivity and CX.
A day in the life
This position is office-based 5 days per week.
Basic Qualifications
* Relevant experience in logistics/operations environment.
* Intermediate proficiency in English (B2 CEFR).
* Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills using SQL, Workbench, or QuickSight.
* Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methods.
* Experience with Vendor Flex systems and processes.
* Proven leadership in project management and results-driven.
* Interest in long-term career development across multiple operational sites.
