JOB DESCRIPTIONSenior HR Regional PartnerWe have an opportunity for a Senior HR Regional Partner to join our Honeywell team in Errenteria.You will be responsible for providing human resources support to develop, deliver, and maintain programs that align with business objectives. This position will focus on employee relations, performance management, organizational design/efficiency, training, and communication.We have been innovating for over 100 years and are committed to creating the future. Provide HR support for talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.Partner with Staffing and recruiting teams to ensure effective staffing processes.Coach employees and managers on HR topics, focusing on employee relations and performance management.Conduct internal investigations as needed.Collaborate with legal to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.Develop and deliver effective corporate communications.Build relationships within the HR community to share best practices.Support HR strategies aligned with business goals.Lead core HR processes:
performance management, change management, succession planning, salary planning, and employee relations.Design and implement compensation and workforce planning strategies.Support Honeywell's initiatives and behaviors to foster a positive culture.Key Experience & Capabilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.Approximately 5 years of HR experience.Experience in manufacturing environments.Experience working with unions and negotiations.Fluent in Spanish and English.We value:
Master’s degree in related fields (preferred).Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and integration projects.Fluent in Basque and/or French.Ability to facilitate organizational change and foster positive employee relations.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience managing virtual teams and multiple projects.Proven ability to influence and drive organizational change.We Offer:
