Responsibilities
- Support B2B sales operations, including dealer and distributor coordination
- Maintain daily communication with business clients (dealers, partners, distributors)
- Assist in order management, contract preparation, and documentation for B2B transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, after-sales, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Track sales progress, delivery status, and client requirements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and basic data analysis
- Support business development activities, including partner onboarding and relationship maintenance
- Assist in organizing business meetings, presentations, and partner visits
**Requirements**:
- Experience in B2B sales support, key account support, or dealer/channel management preferred
- **Fluent in Chinese (mandatory for business communication)**:
- Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in a business environment
- High sense of responsibility and execution ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-party coordination environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel required); CRM experience is a plus
- Experience in automotive industry or international trade is a strong plus
