* Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management
* Expertise in Spanish cuisine and familiarity with international culinary trends
* Strong food safety knowledge and current food safety certification
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
* Proficiency in kitchen management software and inventory systems
