To support our rapid growth, we are now recruiting a Channel Sales for the Construction Channel to expand our EveryBody Tech Revolution.
A specialised Construction Sales Manager is required to help develop & supervise the Commercial Strategy within the territories in which we are present.
He/she will be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, capable of working with minimal supervision and above all a businessperson who understands how to develop strategies to maximise sales, coordinate internally to solve any stoppers of the business growth with focus on P&L management.
A strategic position at the head of Cecotec’s transformational journey. Direct report to the Chief Sales Officer and working in a matrix organization with industry, channel and support Teams.
What will be your responsibilities?
Surpassing budget/driving revenue growth through the Commercial Strategy.
Build strong relationships & work with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to deliver competitive operational solutions (Brand/Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Channel/Industry sales, After Sales, Compliance & Legal).
Identifying/launching/conducting efficiency projects to continuously improve the performance of the channel.
Support account management of our Sales Team for Strategic partners.
Daily Monitoring of performance by market, by product, in relation to budgets.
Ensure the drive of Commercial excellence of our Sales Team: training, commercial speech, procedures and protocols to be developed and reviewed periodically.
Optimize efficiencies: manage and maintain inputs into all systems to support Cecotec activity, use Cecotec business tools to effectively manage and communicate internally, align with Cecotec internal teams regarding customer solicitation timing, materials, needs... and manage promotional activity to maximize ROI and anticipate far in advance key events.
Create opportunities to meet & exceed the market, Be an expert on the product, the customer, and the consumer; Understand the competition around pricing, product, and placement – and using this to guide Sales Team towards a competitive strategy.
Comprehensive understanding of Accounts P&L and specifics.
What do we need from you?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction sales management.
Effective delivery of Key Performance Indicators. Demonstrable analytical abilities.
Travel frequently.
Fluent English/Spanish plus other European languages are desirable.
