About the role

We are seeking a talented, passionate, and customer-focused Senior Leadership Development Trainer (a.K.A. facilitator) to join our growing and successful Group HR Talent & Development Team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a transformational growth story, and part of a culture that is investing in leadership development and organizational effectiveness.

This newly created role is ideal for a seasoned performer with a strategic mindset, an appetite for collaborative and innovative solutions, and who has people’s growth at heart. You will collaborate across multiple country teams and Group functions and contribute to the broader Group HR Community. This will give you opportunities to draw people and team development insights. With your operational excellence, you will shape leadership development academies and tools, while continuously upgrading our repository of resources to accelerate business growth.

Main Responsibilities

As a Leadership Trainer, you will own making all solutions relevant to our audiences, driving measurable impact on engagement and business performance over time. Your role will be key to achieving the Company’s ambition by supporting all our leaders and colleagues in accelerating their growth and development, by (1) thoroughly deploying and continuously improving our internal leadership development offering;
(2) learning from all of our efforts to date and diagnosing what’s needed to build new, relevant leadership development solutions;
and (3) transforming this learning into relevant, actionable plans.

How you’ll make a difference :

* Contribute to achieving strategic business objectives through diagnosing and addressing systemic and talent gaps in our organizational capability.
* Foster the adoption of a learning culture in which Verisure colleagues feel equipped, encouraged and empowered to pursue personal and professional growth opportunities.
* Prepare leaders to engage and grow their teams while transforming the company through relevant, inspiring and practical leadership development or team effectiveness workshops.
* Improve the quality and output of our succession planning and talent management processes through the prescription and delivery of developmental programmes or team effectiveness interventions.
* Contribute to developing learning pathways to accelerate learning at multiple levels (from early career to executive).

Specific responsibilities to deliver the above will focus on supporting talent and team development with ownership and accountability, and will include :

* Understand and apply our leadership model and culture to bring it to life through leadership development workshops and team effectiveness interventions at all levels of seniority;
identify, integrate andshare internal and external best practices;
design learning contentto drive adoption of our leadership model, competencies and behaviours by all audiences.
* Design team effectiveness interventions that promote our desired leadership culture and lead to tangible progress and results for teams.
* Build trust with clients and participants, and build relationships across the organization to lead to actionable insights;
understand our businesscontext to make learning solutions more applicable.
* Develop and deliver engaging talent development / leadership academy programmes and team effectiveness interventions through a blend of academic curricula and hands-on learning experiences, while also supporting externally-led sessions or internally-led trainings. Specific audiences such as women leaders, high potentials, successors to executive roles and executive leaders may require specific programmes.
* Follow up with audiences and cohorts post-program to ensure learning implementation, propose additional or revisited content to anchor learning and use participant feedback to feed future programs.
* Create managers’ guides or toolkits and continuously improve them based on user feedback and make them available.
* Measure impact : work with the Talent team to establish and track leading and lagging KPIs to monitor and measure the impact of our L&D strategy and leadership development activities on performance, manager NPS, people attrition, promotion, organizational effectiveness, sustainable engagement and other business objectives.
* Support Head of Leadership Development in deploying other leadership development tools such as 360 feedback, coaching, mentoring programs across the company with focus on our leaders.
* Potentially support the Chief Human Resources, Communications and ESG Officer on other relevant talent development activities.
Location

The position is full-time and based preferably in Madrid, Spain, although applicants in other Verisure country locations will be considered. The position may require some international travel within Europe and Latin America (under a hybrid work-from-home policy of 2-3 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work where you prefer).

Candidate profile

Experiences & Qualifications

We are looking for a high-potential individual, proactive, solution-oriented, focused on driving value to business and people, and who is looking for a challenging yet rewarding job.

* A bachelor’s degree in business, psychology or similar field is a plus.
* Leadership development expert: Deep knowledge of adult learning theory with at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management teams in a transformative global environment;
relevant experience in leadership and team effectiveness facilitation either as independent or employed consultant, or within a corporate role;
coupled with relevant experience as a people manager (min. 5 years).
* Strong written and oral communication capabilities for creating impactful tools (e-learning scenarios, PowerPoint) and presenting them as impactful.
* Strategic and hands-on: able to understand the big picture whilst adding value through structure and attention to detail.
* Experience of and appetite for working in international multicultural environments, with diverse and remote teams.
* Proven ability to deliver scalable learning and development programmes in a global organisation that measurably facilitates the achievement of business objectives.
* Strong influencing capability to skilfully influence leaders at all levels, peers, internal and external partners to promote ideas that build psychological safety, mutual trust and promote collaboration.
* Strong coaching acumen.

Languages

Required: Fluent enough to work and facilitate in English and Spanish. Nice to have: Fluency in facilitating in one other language among French, Portuguese / Brazilian, Swedish, German. Other European languages are a plus.
