Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Gestor/a Técnico Comercial B2B in Barcelona. The role involves providing support to key customers, managing sales, and delivering training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients (AV integrators, dealers, etc.) to understand their needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position requires frequent interaction with the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area market.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Experience in AV technical support and sales
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan
* English is preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technical field, or related areas
