About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, driving performance and revenue while managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. You'll combine your leadership experience and commercial drive to build a high-performing team and deliver results in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop a Nordic-speaking sales team
* Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
* Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and reporting
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, HR) to support business growth
* Ensure high levels of motivation, engagement, and performance within the team
What We're Looking For:
* Fluency in a Nordic language and good command of English
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
* Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and account management
* Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
* Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
* Willingness to work hybrid in Málaga
