In this senior role, you lead and scale SAP’s hyperscaler partnerships across EMEA, aligning executive relationships and joint go-to-market plans to drive revenue and transformation. You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from strategic planning to pipeline execution, while coordinating with SAP and partner leadership to enable scalable, three-way engagements. You’ll help translate SAP strategy into measurable business outcomes, especially around RISE, Business Data Cloud, and AI. This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and ecosystem leadership, offering high visibility with executive stakeholders.

• Lead and scale SAP’s hyperscaler partnerships across EMEA with AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, and IBM
• Orchestrate multi-party ecosystems (SAP, hyperscalers, GSSPs) to enable three-way engagements
• Align sales strategy, delivery models, and commercial structures for repeatable deal success
• Drive joint business planning, investment prioritization, and demand generation with hyperscalers
• Engage with regional and local executives up to President level to define priorities and governance
• Coordinate with SAP product, solution, and engineering teams to demonstrate differentiated value
• Participate in forecast calls, QBRs, and executive governance to support cloud growth objectives
• Lead, enable, and coach Market Unit PBMs to ensure execution and capability development
• Evolve SAP’s hyperscaler engagement model for future growth
Responsabilidades
• Strong partner and sales leadership at executive level in complex, matrixed organizations
• Hands-on cloud ecosystem experience and proven ability to translate partnerships xpzdshu into revenue
• Business development mindset with analytical capability for partner business cases and investments
• Collaborative yet accountable working style; growth mindset and energy
• Background as Account Executive or Field Leadership Sales Manager preferred
• Understanding of software industry dynamics and cloud trends
• Business-level English; willingness to travel across EMEA
