Qualifications:
* Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
* Required languages: Filipino, English
* At least 5 years of experience in the retail industry.
* Required skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.
* Preferably with supervisory experience or 5+ years of experience as a retail sales employee.
* Willing to work at Pacific Mall Lucena.
Job Responsibilities:
* Achieve and grow store sales.
* Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
* Manage daily store operations effectively.
* Maintain cleanliness and order in the store.
* Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
* Greet and serve customers.
* Ensure legal compliance to maintain store reputation and stability.
* Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and evaluate their responsibilities.
* Provide guidance to the team for efficient operations.
* Ensure a safe and clean environment for employees and customers.
* Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
* Manage stock and order supplies as needed.
* Report sales, staff updates, and other relevant information to HQ and superiors.
* Send required documents to HQ and superiors.
* Follow established guidelines and SOPs.
* Perform any other duties assigned by the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
