Supervise daily operations of a UK Market call center team, including attendance and performance monitoring.Regularly coach team members to meet performance metrics.Address performance issues with improvement plans or disciplinary actions, including termination if necessary.Ensure customer service meets contractual KPIs and financial targets.Clearly communicate expectations and provide timely updates to staff.Handle escalated customer calls as a subject matter expert.Conduct team meetings and organize team activities for communication and engagement.Stay updated on company processes, policies, and attend manager training.Your qualifications
