ESO QA Manager Responsibilities
* Develop and enhance the ESO Quality organization and team capabilities.
* Ensure implementation of STADA global ESO Policies and Standards by Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
* Develop a cross-functional ESO quality infrastructure to ensure holistic CMO quality management, considering regulatory compliance, GMP standards, and qualification status.
* Monitor the quality status of products supplied by CMOs and initiate quality improvement projects.
* Implement and communicate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and manage supplier communication regarding changes and challenges.
* Support competent authority preparations and inspections of CMOs.
* Establish quality performance reviews with relevant indicators and methods to enhance supplier fulfillment of requirements.
* Coordinate quality discussions in ESO Business Reviews with strategic CMOs.
* Lead continuous improvement projects and foster innovation collaborations with suppliers.
Requirements
* University degree in pharmaceutical sciences, natural sciences, or related fields; a Master's degree is an advantage.
* At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, primarily in CMO management.
* Strong knowledge of US & EU regulations, EMA, FDA, and other relevant standards.
* In-depth understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations.
