Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the day-to-day live ops for Zynga's games, balancing events, economy and monetization while designing new features to increase daily engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data and iterate on live content, ensuring sustainable growth and player retention. You'll set up and monitor experiments to steadily improve the live ops cycle. This position offers a chance to shape live operations for a integral mobile-game portfolio and contribute to Zynga's mission to connect people through play.

- Ability to abstract problems into systems, functions, and experiences
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Extensive knowledge of the mobile gaming market and gaming experience across platforms
- At least 1 full mobile Free-to-Play release cycle as Senior Game Designer
- 5+ years in game design, including 2+ years on a live game
- Advanced knowledge of economy design, systems design, and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
