Business Analyst
to join our FX IT Tribe. While prior experience in the FX sector is not mandatory, we highly value proactive individuals who are eager to learn and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
Support analysis of FX business processes and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Assist Product Owner and dev team in backlog refinement and prioritisation.
Run functional tests and validate releases to ensure production stability.
Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making.
Support or perform Scrum Master-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements:
Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory) and professional-level English.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environment
Demonstrated ability to write clear, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria
Proactive attitude with strong ownership and effective stakeholder communication skills.
