Field Marketing Manager for Southern Europe
to join the Marketing team.Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, you will work closely with the Corporate Marketing teams and sales to support pipeline growth and help drive qualified leads through effective local marketing execution across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.Responsibilities:
Bringing global campaigns to life at the local levelLeading webinar strategy, execution, and moderationDriving regional initiatives such as dedicated campaigns, content syndication, or targeted programs to support local prioritiesCoordinating events and partner marketing support with the Global Head of Events and the Director of Partner & Alliances MarketingCollaborating with global marketing teams to ensure consistency and performance trackingRecommending content ideas to brand and product marketing teams to boost lead generation and conversionSupporting the localization of marketing materials for sales enablement and multichannel promotion (social media, advertising, etc.)Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, extracting insights, and evaluating them against set goalsAligning with BDRs and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support pipeline objectivesCommunicating with senior management about marketing initiatives, reporting key metrics, and brainstorming new strategiesThis is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and focused on impact.Qualifications:
Being organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in planning and executing marketing campaigns with clear goalsComfortable working with sales teams and other departmentsAbility to analyze campaign results and make data-driven decisionsTeam player, proactive, and enjoys collaborative environmentsClear communication skills, adaptable to different audiencesProficiency with digital tools and marketing platformsFluent in Spanish and English (mandatory);
