Your Mission
You will own the sales strategy and execution for Italy, driving revenue growth while building and leading a high‑performing team of Account Executives and SDRs.
You’ll play a key role in connecting our product with the market, helping shape our expansion and positioning in Italy.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a high‑impact sales strategy tailored to the Italian market
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Account Executives and SDRs
- Own the full sales cycle through your team, from pipeline generation to closing
- Define targets, track performance, and implement data‑driven coaching
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Monitor pipeline, KPIs, and forecasts to continuously optimize performance
- Act as the voice of the Italian market internally
- Represent Sesame HR at industry events and networking opportunities
Must‑Have Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, ideally in SaaS or HR tech
- Proven track record managing and scaling sales teams (AEs & SDRs)
- Strong understanding of the Italian B2B landscape and buying processes
- Hands‑on, results‑oriented leadership style
- Experience using CRM tools and sales data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Native‑level Italian and fluent English
- Availability to travel within Italy when needed
