They are responsible for more than 6 million meals served every day globally under an innovative and sustainable production method.
They are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager and you will have to perform the following tasks:
- Responsible for technology operations in Belgium, France, Netherlands and Spain.
- Manage a medium / large team of IT professionals
- Coordinate the communication between different stakeholders
- Set up the right IT service management tools
- Ensure that the factories have backups and the appropriate disaster recovery plan in place and that they are always up to date
- Hands-on infrastructure tasks
**Profile**:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in project management and team management
- Experience coordinating support services
- IT infrastructure expertise (Hands-on)
- ITIL methodology
- High level of English and French is necessary
Availability to travel at least 25% of the time.
