JOB SUMMARYFunctions as the strategic business leader of the property's Food and Beverage, Guest & Owner Experience, and Rooms / Villas Operations. The Director of Operations is responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations at the Resort, with the goal of delivering outstanding guest service and financial profitability.The role involves developing and implementing business strategies aligned with the Resort's mission, vision, and values. Ensures compliance with brand standards, targets customer needs, promotes employee satisfaction, focuses on revenue growth, and maximizes departmental financial performance. Responsibilities may include Front Office, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage / Culinary, and Marketplace.The position works with department heads to develop and execute property-wide strategies that meet or exceed customer and employee expectations and provide a return on investment.CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience:
2-year degree with 4 years of hospitality experience or 4-year degree with at least two years of hotel leadership in a full-service hotel environment.Fluent in English;
German language skills are a plus.Financial Acumen.Flexible schedule (including weekends and evenings).Eligible to work in Spain.CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
