Job information:
Provide strategic direction and leadership across all hotel departments to ensure the highest standards of servisce and performance.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, guest satisfaction, and compliance with internal and external standards.
Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and staff to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans to meet financial and operational goals.
Monitor guest feedback and implement action plans to enhance the overall guest experience.
Build strong relationships with guests, staff, local community, and key stakeholders.
Ensure health, safety, and legal compliance in all aspects of operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel or resort management.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting.
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex operations.

Deep understanding of Caribbean hospitality culture.
