The opportunity
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support global Marketing IT applications such as OneMRM and Symphony.
You will act as a key point of contact for demand intake, incident coordination, backlog management, and continuous improvement across a complex digital ecosystem. xpzdshu
Key Requirements
• +5 years of experience as Business Analyst, Demand Manager, or Product Owner in IT environments
• Strong experience in application support, incident management, and change management
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
• Ability to manage structured workflows, backlog prioritization, and documentation
• Experience working in complex, matrix, international organizations
• Solid understanding of software lifecycle and IT operations
• Experience handling L1/L2 incidents or support processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English B2+/C1 (mandatory)
Nice to have
• Experience with marketing IT platforms or DAM/MRM systems
• Knowledge of OneMRM, Symphony, or similar enterprise marketing tools
• German C1 (nice to have)
• Experience with tools such as Marmind / Flow UI or similar
• Exposure to automotive or large enterprise ecosystems
• Basic understanding of rollout and adoption frameworks
