An exciting opportunity has arisen for an **experienced management duo** to lead a prominent beachfront dining and bar venue in the Costa Blanca region. The venue spans multiple levels.
**General Manager - Key Responsibilities & Requirements**:
- Demonstrated success in managing a busy, high-volume restaurant
- Hands-on approach, acting as the public face of the business with enthusiasm for operational excellence
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing inventory, controlling costs, maintaining profitability, and developing supplier relationships
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and mentor a cohesive team
**Executive Chef - Key Responsibilities & Requirements**:
- Background in high-quality dining environments, including pubs or restaurants renowned for cuisine excellence
- Expertise in Mediterranean-style cooking
- Creative approach to menu development and a passion for premium ingredients
- Strong kitchen leadership, including adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards
**Additional Requirements**:
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Legal eligibility to live and work in Spain
