¿Are you looking for a new challenge? Just keep reading, we are in need of a manufacturing engineer in the NPI (New product introduction). 
As our new Process Engineer your key responsibilities will, among other things, be to: 
- Being the link between Technology (R&D;) and our production facilities during product development. 
- Developing and aligning best practice for Production Engineering standards. 
- Support and introduce assembly methods in factory. 
- Collect learnings on assembly and process from factory and inform Technology accordingly, as well as following up on these topics on a regular basis. 
- Supporting, training, and assessing the assembly plants within Production Engineering standards 
Main tasks: 
- Presence in the factory during the assembly, taking notes of all learnings and inform team, as well as following up that task are handled. 
- Storyboards that gives an over all description on assembly process and determine different requirements to area (LxWxH) weight requirements, el, air, lifting, etc. 
- Lay out: Determine and describe lay out requirements, based on given tack times 
- Manufacturing proves: based on tack time you describe, determine number of stations and process 
- Establish PFMEA based on information from Technology (DFMEA) and lessons learned from previous factories. 
- During the assembly introduction in production, check up on all the work instructions, storyboards, process flow, Standard work, BOM ect. 
**Requisitos**: 
Competences needed 
- Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field of expertise from an accredited university technical skills. 
- FP education with many years working with similar topics as described. 
SW competence needed: 
- Microsoft office. 
Other special needs: 
- Minimum 80% of the time presence in Factory at Agreda. 
- 20% in office Pamplona or Home office
