Our Spanish business is led by a team of highly experienced MDs and they collaborate closely with their colleagues across Europe and globally to provide solutions to the complex issues facing business today. /p pAs a Manager or an Associate Director in the Restructuring Advisory team in Madrid, you will work with experienced colleagues to deliver multi‑stakeholder, international and domestic restructuring advisory engagements. As part of a small team, the successful candidate will also have an opportunity to take a lead role on some projects and build a broad range of skills and experience within financial advisory. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdvise clients including Corporates, Investors, Banks, Lenders or any other stakeholders facing distressed situations. /li liAssess the viability of a client by conducting Market assessment, Capital structure analysis, Options review and Cash flow analysis. /li liProvide solutions including restructuring proposals negotiation with stakeholders, contingency planning, Balance Sheet restructuring, Refinancing, debt advisory services and MA. /li liContribute to performance monitoring following business plan implementation. /li liMentor and train other team members to enhance their development and performance. /li liDevelop trusted relationships with key stakeholders through the delivery of value‑added client engagements. /li liBuild strong relationships with clients across the Spanish and European Restructuring Debt advisory network, becoming a trusted advisor for Restructuring Advisory challenges. /li liCollaborate with other service lines to provide integrated financial solutions for client issues. /li liStay up‑to‑date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practice. /li /ul h3Education and Experience Required /h3 pWe welcome applications from a diverse range of backgrounds within Advisory including Transactions Advisory, Corporate Finance, Valuations, Restructuring, Debt Advisory and Value Creation. Applications from individuals who are looking to make a switch to Restructuring are welcome. /p ul liStrong educational background combined with experience at a Big 4, a boutique advisory, investment bank or a Private Equity firm. /li liExperience in conducting Capital structure analysis, Restructuring options reviews and Cash flow analysis are advantageous. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint including well‑developed financial modelling and cash flow model building skills are highly useful in addition to strong analytical and quantitative abilities. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /li liProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines combined with strong attention to detail. /li liFluent business level English and Spanish are essential.
