Secure implementation and oversee execution of routine processes, i.e. sowing, planting, pollinating harvesting, and disease testing. 2. Ensure proper execution of crossing programs, functionally leading Crop Workers, and monitoring process whilst ensuring that the instructions of the (Assistant) Breeder are followed. 3. Make independent observation, taking routine phenotypic data from Breeding material and first screenings. 4. Assist with the selection of crops based on clear instructions and in alignment with the (Senior) Breeder. 5. Recording and processing of observations on plants in designated electronic systems. 6. Correct administration when sending/receiving plants, ensuring traceability. 7.
