HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
As part of a global transformation initiative to centralize client billing operations, we are hiring a Sales Back Office Agent to join our newly established Sales Back Office team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution of billing and collection activities for our global client base, supporting the transition from a decentralized to a centralized operational model.
The Sales Back Office Agent will be responsible for end-to-end billing administration and accounts receivable support, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in administrative and back-office environments, a client-centric mindset, and fluency in business tools and systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Execute billing processes with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with internal policies and client contractual agreements.
* Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices in coordination with relevant teams.
* Handle client inquiries related to invoices, payment status, and documentation in a professional and service-oriented manner.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and support audit or reporting activities when required.
* Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies, disputes, or data inconsistencies.
* Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement efforts within the Sales Back Office function.
* Ensure adherence to internal SLAs and compliance standards.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or back-office role, ideally in a professional services or multinational company.
* Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable workflows.
* High level of attention to detail and ability to work with numerical and financial data.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Fluent in spoken and written English (C1 or above).
* Proficiency with system ERP, CRM, and office productivity tools such as SAP, Microsoft Business Central, Salesforce, Excel, and accounting systems.
Desirable Assets
* Arabic-speakers highly valued; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German) are considered a strong plus.
* Previous experience interacting with clients in a support or administrative capacity.
* Exposure to international environments and working with distributed teams.
