Airbus Defense and Space is looking for an IT Product and Service Management to join our Digital organization based in Getafe, Spain.
You will be part of the team responsible for Customer Care and Portal Solutions, focuses on Operational Service and Application Management for Customer Services organization by designing, developing, and delivering digital solutions.

Responsabilities:
Supports the IT Product Manager in the Product/Service Planning based on the customer requirements.
Business Analyst
Functional Analysis of new customer requirements
Defines and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members
Serves as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.
Coordinating the involved IT service teams in analyzing and resolving complex disruptions (e.g., network, database, or server operations)
Produces documentation according Methodology
Monitoring and control supplier statement of work.
Management of possible incidents and coordination of the deployment of new applications.
Testing and functional QA (quality assurance) of new versions and product developments.
Required Skills
Engineer (or equivalent graduate)
