Responsibilities
* Supervisar e intervenir en la prestación de los servicios de comidas y/o bebidas (restaurantes, bares, etc.).
* Planificar tiempo y recursos: elaboración de turnos, control de stocks.
* Organizar y asignar las mesas a los camareros que dependen de él.
* Corregir las actuaciones de sus colaboradores, facilitando la solución de problemas.
