Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies across various channels, including networks, DSPs, affiliates, influencers, and more.
2. Manage end-to-end campaign activities:
budgeting, bid optimization, account structure, ad copy, landing page, and conversion optimization.
3. Conduct A/B testing to improve KPIs.
4. Analyze campaign data and share insights with the team.
5. Collaborate with creative teams to develop top-performing ads.
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience in user acquisition within the mobile games industry.
2. Hands-on approach;
this is an active role.
3. Experience managing campaigns on self-serve platforms.
4. Experience with significant budgets and top channels like Facebook, Applovin, Unity, etc.
5. Strong data skills:
understanding attribution and performance data.
6. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
7. Positive attitude, comfortable with giving and receiving feedback.
