This project translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning scenarios for AI agents. Selected consultants will convert their consulting experience into structured consulting workflows including problem structuring, analysis, and recommendations.
Role Responsibilities
Break consulting engagements into structured tasks (market sizing, due diligence, cost reduction, growth strategy, operational diagnosis)
Develop evaluation frameworks and golden solutions to assess AI-generated outputs
Simulate real consulting workflows used in MBB engagements
Requirements
3+ years at McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain & Company (mandatory)
Experience structuring ambiguous client problems
Building analytical models and synthesizing findings
Producing client-ready deliverables
Start: Immediate (this week or next week)
