- Design and configure integrated scheduling solutions using cutting-edge COTS products (Ortems, RME, Workforce Planner)- Lead configuration expertise for scheduling processes, providing strategic guidance to Product Owners and Business Process teams- Develop and maintain configuration guidelines ensuring consistent implementation across manufacturing sites- Drive end-to-end integration between scheduling systems and Sanofi's digital ecosystem- Ensure compliance with architecture, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements- Monitor service delivery excellence and lead critical incident resolution- Champion innovative solutions that maximize manufacturing efficiency and reliabilityAbout you- Experience:
Strong background in Supply Chain Planning processes, particularly in Manufacturing Scheduling- Technical expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes- Proficiency in process modeling and ERP concepts- Experience with scheduling solutions (Delmia Ortems, Quintiq, or similar tools)- Strong understanding of Lean & Agile practices- Education:
Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field- Languages:
