Commercial Excellence Process Manager Location: Barcelona | Global scope | *****K base salary bonus About the Role We're looking for a Commercial Excellence Process Manager to take our global sales and marketing operations to the next level.
In this role, you'll shape and optimize key commercial processes, support impactful integral campaigns, and bring consistency across our 12 affiliates worldwide.

What You'll Do ? Design and roll out global commercial processes (CRM, KPIs, promotions) ? Drive change management and ensure affiliate adoption through training & support ? Support general campaigns with strong sales execution and promotional strategies ? Monitor performance using CRM & Power BI, providing actionable insights ? Lead strategic projects such as developing a global KOL engagement framework What We're Looking For ? Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field ? 3 years in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Process Management ? Hands-on experience with CRM systems & Power BI ? Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills ? Fluent in English (German is a plus) ? Proactive, innovative, and a true team player Bonus points if you have: Experience in Pharma or MedTech Process optimization know-how (Lean, Six Sigma) Background in digital sales platforms or campaign execution Why Join Us?
