Purpose of the role:
As a Quality Specialist, you will work closely with Stripe to monitor and improve global risk quality across all vendor sites. You will dive deep into data to identify areas of concern, share valuable insights, and ensure that we consistently meet and exceed quality standards by providing invaluable feedback to enhance the overall quality of risk management at Stripe.
What you will do:
* Weekly Calibration management
* Ongoing Audit-the-Auditor (ATA) for new work or areas of concern.
* Monthly reporting providing remediations on the areas of concern
* Providing feedback to quality analysts on observed errors
* Deep Dives & RCAs
* Non-Education Error analysis
* Audit and respond to Direct Feedback challenges and clarification requests
* QA Reviewer access permissions management
* QA Review bug and issue troubleshooting
Requirements
You'll be the best for this job if you have the following skills:
* LoB Knowledge: 1 UPO, 1 Credit, 2 Fraud trained QAs
* Minimum of 6 months tenure in your current role. Ideally 1 year
* Great product knowledge and insightful feedback
* Ability to adapt to changing requirements while maintaining quality standards
* Analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to analyse data using Google Sheets
* General knowledge of QA process and tools
* Really good time management and organizational skills
* Proactive and able to work autonomously
* Able to meet deadlines and add value to the work required
* Exceptional communication skills
