Location : Flexible in Europe - close to a Mars site Type of contract : Permanent We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Deployment Manager to lead the rollout of Salesforce Lead to Cash solutions across Europe, beginning with Poland. This role involves deploying key Salesforce functionalities, including B2B CRM, Field Sales Execution, Customer 360, and e-commerce solutions, while ensuring adoption and standardization across markets. The successful candidate will initially join the team in France for training before leading the Salesforce deployment in Poland. As the program grows, additional team members will be recruited to support rollouts in other European countries. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute significantly to Salesforce-driven digital transformation, collaborating closely with regional teams and business leaders. What are we looking for? You should have 7 to 10 years of experience deploying digital capabilities, with a strong background in Salesforce deployment within sales and marketing functions. You should possess a thorough understanding of business processes and change management, with proven success in driving Salesforce-based transformations in complex environments. Experience with Agile methodologies, design thinking, and managing projects through the full development cycle of modular platforms, especially Salesforce solutions, is essential. A strong deployment track record and the ability to ensure successful implementation and user adoption are required. You should be skilled in building collaborative relationships and working with senior stakeholders to ensure project success. Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, managing priorities and delivering under pressure, is important. What will be your key responsibilities? Lead end-to-end deployment of Salesforce Lead to Cash solutions across European markets, managing all project workstreams from planning to execution. Develop and oversee Deployment Plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards, while meeting key project milestones. Coordinate with global and regional teams to gather local market requirements, adapting core templates for legal, regulatory, and business-specific needs in collaboration with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Global Process Owners (GPOs). Facilitate Fit to Template sessions with stakeholders to review new systems and processes, gather feedback, and ensure solutions meet regional and business needs. Manage data activities, including migration, cleansing, and integration, working closely with Data Lead and Data Transformation teams to maintain data integrity and seamless flow. Drive change management initiatives by planning and executing training, communication, and adoption activities to ensure stakeholder alignment and full system integration across regions.
