 
        
        As a Supply Project Manager, your main mission is to ensure supplier quality, cost, and delivery commitments (Q, C, T) are met and to lead sourcing activities in coordination with the lead buyer. You will manage the purchasing budget and oversee purchase orders and payment schedules. You will also coordinate risk management, supplier launch readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop supplier short lists and manage sourcing processes in line with company purchasing policies.
 * Negotiate contracts focusing on quality, cost, and deadlines.
 * Track project risks and opportunities, coordinating internal and external teams.
 * Lead supplier quality initiatives and ensure non-event launches related to suppliers.
 * Manage project purchasing budgets, forecasts, and payment schedules.
 * Prepare project status reports and lead extended teams functionally.
 * Participate actively in continuous improvement workshops and lessons learned.
Required Qualifications:
 * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business with a specialty in Purchasing.
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing with project management knowledge, preferably in automotive or plastics.
 * Fluent English and strong communication skills.
 * Solid knowledge of purchasing processes and commercial law.
 * Proven leadership and team collaboration skills.
 * Customer-oriented, rigorous, result-driven, and able to manage crises.
