We're headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.## **JOB DESCRIPTION:**### **Job Summary**Working as part of a high-performing, collaborative commercial team, you will continually enhance the competitiveness and availability for sale of the product across an assigned portfolio of hotels to optimize overall performance.### ### **Responsibilities*** Renegotiate contracting conditions with our hotel suppliers to maximize availability, offers, best available rates, and ensure accurate loading of commercial conditions with the highest level of system expertise.* Apply targeted actions on the product and prioritize initiatives based on data insights provided by company dashboards.* Secure new offers and extra availability directly loaded into the system by suppliers.* Partner internally with the Contracting Manager to ensure high-quality collaboration, sharing strategies and driving efficiency.* Proactively manage daily contact with assigned hotel suppliers to maintain strong relationships and performance.### ### **Skillset and Experience Required*** Strong negotiation and contracting experience within the travel or hospitality industry.* Commercial acumen with a proven ability to optimize product performance.* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.* Data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize actions based on analytics.* Proficiency in relevant systems and tools; CRM experience is a plus.* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.At our company, diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
