Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role;
- Excellent SQL and R or Python;
- Strongknowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques;
- Experiencein presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings;
- Proactive,results-driven, and hands‑on approach toward problem solving;
Responsibilities
- Data analysis and interpretation:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights;
- Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Advanced analytics:
- Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses;
- Develop and implement models to support business decisions.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams including Product, designers and VIPs to understand business needs and provide data‑driven solutions;
- Act asa liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment on data initiatives.
- Mentorship and training:
- Mentor junior data analysts and guide best practices in data analysis and reporting;
- Conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
