Support Tickets :
Resolve advanced issues and escalate complex ones to the technical team.Change Management :
Monitor system changes, manage permissions, and maintain security.System Maintenance :
Handle data imports / exports and troubleshoot cron job errors.Configuration and Customization :
Implement system adjustments, manage dispatches, and oversee user settings.Client Engagement :
Build strong client relationships and understand their unique system needs.Requirements :
Technical Skills :
Advanced system support experience, SQL Server expertise is a must.Languages :
Fluent in English and Spanish.Soft Skills :
Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.Experience :
