This global role combines strategic thinking and operational execution, with frequent interaction with international teams and multiple markets.
Define and develop the global brand strategy.
Monitor and analyze the category performance in the markets where the brands operate.
Identify global business growth opportunities and new development areas.
Lead innovation and New Product Development (NPD) projects, including reformulation and product launches.
Support international markets in implementing the global brand strategy.
Analyze market and consumer data (sell-in, sell-out) using tools such as Nielsen, Circana, or similar platforms.
Identify market trends and insights through analytical tools and data platforms.
Manage brand transformation projects with a strong project management approach.
Develop brand content and assets, including digital and social media campaigns.

Monitor P&L and return on investment for marketing initiatives in a data-driven and financially oriented environment.
Lead key projects and represent the brand to international markets.
postgraduate studies in Marketing or an MBA are valued.
~3–4 years of experience as a Brand Manager in FMCG companies.
~ Bilingual level of English, both written and spoken.
~ Experience in product innovation and development, including product launches or portfolio renewal projects.
~ Experience developing marketing campaigns, including digital and social media.
~ Experience managing brand projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
