Take full ownership of specifications, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring smooth execution and high‐quality delivery.
Utilize A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine and optimize features post‐launch. Identify strengths, address weaknesses, and iterate for continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and analysts to ensure seamless feature rollouts. Maintain clear documentation, resolve technical challenges, and make strategic trade‐offs to deliver the best possible player experience.

Profile
5+ years of experience in mobile F2P games in a product‐focused role, specializing in economy, live events, and live operations.
Proven ability to launch and refine player‐facing features, leveraging data to drive engagement, retention, and monetization.
Strong foundation in product analytics, with experience reading dashboards and applying data insights to optimize performance.
