What we look for?
We are looking for a
IT Service Specialist with experience in Automic Automation,
to join our team and work on exciting projects for one of our clients.
It is necessary to visit the client's offices in Madrid 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing and adapting complex workflows with Automic Automation Engine (UC4)
Processing service requests related to job scheduling and Automation.
Advising IT service owners as a specialist in workflow automation
Handling incident tickets from the automation environment in line with ITIL
Participating in international and national projects
Supporting releases, year-end processing, and disaster recovery tests in accordance with change management guidelines
Mandatory requirements:
Several years' experience in working with Automic Automation or a similar job scheduling system as a workflow developer.
Good Knowledge of the technologies Unix, Java and shell scripting good understanding and experience in IT Operation and their processes
Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
Completed IT education university of applied is an advantage
Strong ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing situations.
Dependable individual, who takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
With an analytical and solutions-focused mindset who is a resilient team player with a flexible attitude.
