**What does this internship consist of?**
In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed #DISCOVER, an exclusive program designed for those interested in top training in new knowledge areas essential for future professionals.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized into three training blocks, allowing you to DISCOVER in-demand skills today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The internship begins in early March 2025 and lasts 11 months (August is excluded). It is a full-time position (40h/week), with an attractive study grant.
Internship Description
Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the improvement benchmark, leading the transfer and training of improvement concepts, principles, tools, and techniques, and developing autonomy in the business. This role provides insight into the current challenges of our plant regarding the deployment and improvement of our Operating System, specifically within the Plant Production Support Department, in the AOS (Airbus Operating System) area.
Leveraging digital solutions to enhance our production system is a key challenge. The intern will support the AOS leader in main tasks such as:
* Supporting the deployment and maintenance of solutions used in our operating system.
* Supporting the development and deployment of local tools based on Google environment for routines in Safety, Costs, and Delivery.

* Studies in engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, mechanical, chemical)
* English: negotiation level; Spanish: negotiation level
* Team spirit and strong collaboration skills
