You will play a critical role in expanding both direct sales and partnership channels, while ensuring strong financial performance through P&L; ownership, forecasting, and revenue optimization across all BUs.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Business Development (All Business Units)Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-BU sales strategy covering Meet & Greet, lounges, airport hotel, and related services Identify, scout, and convert new business opportunities across travel trade, banks, airlines, OTA, hotels, MICE, corporates, and premium customer segments Build and manage a robust pipeline targeting VIP travelers, premium leisure, business executives, and airline partnerships Drive cross selling and bundled offerings across all airport services to maximize total revenue per passenger Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closureEstablish and grow strategic relationships with airlines, airport stakeholders, travel agents, OTAs, DMCs, MICE operators, hotels, and financial institutions Develop partnerships that support all Business Units, not limited to a single service lineIdentify and activate new distribution channels to increase utilization across lounge, Meet & Greet, and airport hotel services Leverage your airport network to unlock cross-BU comme
