Reliability Engineer (f/m/d) in TarragonaResponsibilities
Implementation and continuous improvement of the Reliability Action Plan for mechanical seals at customer facilities (Tarragona)
On-site support for assessment, diagnosis, and installation of mechanical seals
Execution and monitoring of scheduled equipment inspection routes within the plant
Conducting root cause analyses of recurring failures to improve MTBR
Maintenance of documentation and tracking in contract or management systems
Monitoring of critical equipment ("bad actors") and development of corrective actions
Preparation of structured inspection and condition reports
Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Proven experience with pumps, mechanical seals, and instrumentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in failure analysis
Experience in industrial environments or maintenance operations is an advantage
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Capacity to work effectively in English will be highly valued
